More than 2 months ago I wrote on customer service about 2 Euros won but never received!!!! It is not for the sum but for the How it Works .... Yet I had attached a RIB
Shouldn't customer service pay these small sums directly more easily by RIB than by mail (which I never received??)
This would remove all such requests.
