if you wanted your brother to become your godson, you had to send him an affiliation email (via the sponsorship page) or he had to enter your nickname in his registration.
if he is now registered it is too late.

Hello!
I am very satisfied with Madwin and I have rallied my 17-year-old little brother to my cause: he would like to have his own madwin account.
Could someone please tell me if it's bold textBold text it's possible that he'll sign up too and if I could put him as a godchild? that would be nice!
