for the first question, I don't know, but for the others, no problem...
2) yes they are real gifts
3) it is not necessary to pay because free games are offered every day... so the small gifts are affordable. For the biggest gifts, you have to be very, very patient or buy extra parts.

1) I live in Quebec Does it make a difference (for sending Ect gifts)?
2) Are these real gifts???
