As we have already said several times, it is not desirable for this discussion forum to become an annex to Customer Service!
It is obvious that any player can be faced with problems, and that is why we provide you with people specifically in charge of answering you!

Just a topic where you can share your troubles with the site because I guess madwin like most sites of this type is far from perfect. B)
Some problems are to be solved with the customer service but nothing prevents you from talking about it...
