Sault to all!

Four times I've tried to recharge, and no pop-ups open!
I tried it on two different PCs and stopped my anti pop up.

I tried with IE and Firefox....

Have you encountered the problem?
Every time I ask the customer service, they credit me well, but my problem remains... :-v
