Principle of the raffle window:

1. you choose the gift or gifts you want.
2. If you have enough madpoints, you validate your request (your madpoints are debited)
3. a draw is made
4. if you have not been drawn, then your madpoints are credited to you again!!

If we are not drawn by lot, we are refunded in tickets... What do you mean?
