have to choose your lot right after winning the game. Indeed, you could have chosen it later after reflection on your part. The problem is that once your gift is validated and sent it is too late, the best thing is that you enter in your winnings page a request for an exchange, so you will automatically receive the balance in madpoint of the exchange, then, from then on, you will have all your time to discuss this with customer service. It's a solution I can offer you but I'm not 100% sure of its reliability. ^^
