Several practices leave me perplexed about the transparency of certain Madwin rules:

I explain myself: loyal customers of this platform, I have noticed several times serious dysfunctions:

Example: in tournaments, we will only retain our best score which will be in the ranking. If we improve it, there will only be this best score. However, why do some (and often the same) have the right to be present up to 3 times in the top 10 scores?

Another example: recurrent problem since December: in the middle of it, my games cut themselves (paying games often in challenges), and my poster: ERROR N°27 TENTATIVE DE CORRUPTION. So, the game stopped, and 0 point...
Customer service doesn't even answer me anymore!
One thing is certain, I am not the only one in this same case because it is frequent to see people (used to) with scores at 0, in games where it is not possible to make 0 points.
